Transparent teaching model car can be used as a teaching aid in higher educational institutions,armed forces and transportation and public security sectors for car driving training and car repair etc.
By teaching of major courses and demonstration of this model, trainees can have a clear understanding of the structures and functions of the inner parts of a car and quickly grasp the professional knowledge.
This product is made of transparent plexiglass, and its inner components are made of hard plastic, which are fastened on the metal frame with screws via high-temperature baking technique. All the assemblies are processed by the one-step forming process instead of the gluing method previously used to improve the strength of the product. The engine assembly is motor-driven and equipped a speed control device at the throttle, and can demonstrate the level of the rotation speed of the engine. The clutch engagement and disengagement is clearly perceivable, and it can be flexibly manipulated,
the entire housing of the clutch is made by molding, the gearbox and the gears are in different colors to allow flexible shifting, and the hand brake is elegant. The rear axle housing is made by molding, the main reduction gear and the differential rotate freely,
the hub and the brake shoes is made by molding, the brake shoes are adjustable, the front axle wheel drum is adjustable, and the steering unit, battery, fuel tank, water tank and brake lines are distributed clearly. The plug-in pairs of circuit are distributed in a back and forth manner, and the lighthouse, windscreen, dashboard and rear lighthouse are made of plexiglass by molding and have an elegant and vivid appearance.
Plug in 220V power supply to start demonstration, turn on the start switch to start up the engine and drive the rear wheel via the clutch, transmission, brake, transmission shaft and rear axle. In this way,
the trainees will have a better understanding of the movement of various parts of a car to achieve the teaching purposes.
